Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Base Plate Kit?
A Base Plate Kit is required if you want to install your Compact clothesline as a freestanding unit on top of a hard surface, like a concrete patio or path, without a wall.
Can it be installed on a fence?
We do not recommend installing directly onto fence sheets. If no wall is available, the best option is a Ground Mount Kit (for soil) or a Base Plate Kit (for concrete).
Can I adjust the width?
Yes, the front bar can be cut to a shorter length during assembly to fit a custom or restricted wall space.
